Core Material Advantage (QT450 Ductile Iron): The backing plate is the load-bearing foundation of the entire brake. We strictly select QT450 (ductile cast iron) material. Its excellent tensile strength and extremely high yield point endow the brake backing plate with outstanding impact resistance and fatigue fracture resistance, easily handling high-frequency braking stress under severe road conditions for light and heavy trucks.

High-End Casting & Micron-Level Machining: Relying on the in-house Danish DISA vertical automatic molding line, we achieve high density and dimensional consistency in casting blanks. Subsequent micron-level precision drilling and milling are completed in CNC machining centers, ensuring zero error in the mounting hole distances between the backing plate, brake shoes, and camshaft.

Strict Quality Control: Implementing the highest quality standards of the automotive industry throughout the process. Before leaving the factory, products undergo strict CMM dimensional measurement, material flaw detection, and anti-corrosion coating to ensure every delivered backplate meets or exceeds OE standards.
