It has four production workshops: Casting, stamping, machining and general assembly.Its core products are: Vacuum booster with master cylinder assembly, clutch wheel cylinder, clutch master cylinder, brake wheel cylinder, brake master cylinder, hydraulic drum brake, air brake, front steering knuckle with brake disc assembly, caliper, etc.

100% New Construction: Unlike remanufactured units, our calipers feature entirely new castings, internal mechanisms, and seals.
Rigorous Testing: Every unit undergoes 100% End-of-Line (EOL) functional and pressure testing to guarantee safety and reliability.
Factory & Manufacturing Capability
Stamping Workshop
Equipped with over 20 automatic welding machines and heavy presses ranging from 200T to 800T. This matrix handles complex stamping parts, with dedicated checking fixtures ensuring micron-level accuracy.
Machining Workshop
Houses over 80 high-end machining centers, fully equipped with CNC lathes, milling, and drilling machines. Highly automated precision machining eliminates human error and guarantees ultimate product consistency.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Features large-scale fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning equipment. All core components undergo deep cleaning before assembly to remove impurities, ensuring high-standard cleanliness for the assembly process.
100% Online Testing
An intelligent online testing system is deeply integrated into the assembly process. It monitors real-time performance indicators, strictly controlling every step to guarantee a 100% factory pass rate.
Casting Workshop
Equipped with a Danish DISA vertical automatic molding line with an annual capacity of 36,000 tons. It strongly supports the independent production of calipers, steering knuckles, and brake discs.
Automated Assembly Line
RENHE boasts professional assembly lines for brake calipers and drum brakes. Through scientific station planning and precise torque control, we achieve highly efficient one-time assembly.
Quality Control & Testing
Comprehensive Quality Control RENHE builds a rigorous dual quality defense line. During the machining process, we utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), micrometers, and dial indicators to achieve strict daily dimensional control at the micron level. On the final assembly line, a fully automated online testing system is introduced to perform 100% real-time high/low pressure and performance testing. We use scientific data throughout the entire process to ensure true “zero-defect” products.
